3. Right of Admission

Entry Policy

Amusement City management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the premises at its absolute discretion. Moreover, management is under no obligation to provide a reason for any such decision.

Dress Code

We welcome guests of all backgrounds and occasions — including those visiting straight from a match or a night out. Our dress code is based on overall presentation, not individual items of clothing.

What we ask:

  • ✓ Smart casual is always welcome
  • ✓ Football jerseys and sportswear are acceptable when worn as part of a neat, clean overall appearance
  • ✓ Closed footwear is recommended

What is not permitted:

  • ✗ Flip-flops
  • ✗ Clothing that is visibly dirty, torn or otherwise inappropriate
  • ✗ Any attire that management considers unsuitable for the venue

Our door team uses discretion on all dress code decisions. If you're unsure, smart casual is always the right call. Management decisions regarding admission are final.

4. Guest Pass

Eligibility

The Guest Pass is complimentary and available to first-time visitors aged 18 and over who are not current members of Amusement City. Additionally, each Guest Pass is issued on a one-per-person basis and is strictly non-transferable.

What Is Included

The Guest Pass grants access to the gaming floor and includes one (1) complimentary welcome drink on the night of the visit. However, the drink cannot be carried over to a future visit.

Limitations

Amusement City management reserves the right to revoke or refuse a Guest Pass at any time, including at the point of entry. Furthermore, the Guest Pass does not constitute a binding commitment to membership and does not guarantee future access to the Venue.

5. Membership

Application & Approval

Membership to Amusement City is subject to application and approval at the sole discretion of management. We will communicate full membership terms, conditions, and fees at the time of application.

Suspension & Revocation

Amusement City reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership at any time. In particular, this applies to any breach of these Terms or conduct that management considers inappropriate.

6. Gaming Floor Rules

Legal Compliance

All gaming activity takes place in accordance with applicable Irish gaming legislation. Players must conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. Additionally, we may report such conduct to the relevant authorities.

Game Format & Winnings

Please note that Amusement City is an electronic gaming venue and does not operate live table games. Winnings and credits are subject to the rules of each individual game. Any malfunction in the game voids all play. Amusement City reserves the right to refuse to pay out illegitimate winnings through machine malfunctions and/or unauthorised use of promotional credit. All large wins must be reviewed for game validity and authorised by senior management before being paid out, which will take a minimum of 24 hours to approve. In instances of suspected machine malfunctions, investigations will be led by machine manufacturers directly, which may take up to one week.
